Due to Health & Safety related concerns we do not accept returns on hair that has been altered from the original package in any way. No returns on hair that has been installed, worn or damaged. This includes but is not limited to hair that has been
- hot curled
- flat ironed
- washed with chemicals
All hair returns must be unopened and untampered with. The contents must have the original tags, ribbon and binders still attached in original packaging. We adhere to this policy as a necessary health precaution.
All hair products are Non-Refundable (shampoo, conditioner, treatment, etc)
Please check the colour carefully and ask us for more information if you are not sure about your choice.
If you will like an exchange/refund because the item was not as described please send us an e-mail. We will definitely try to resolve the issue promptly. We will not grant any refunds/exchange on hair taht has been altered from the packaged state in any way. All refund requests MUST be made within 5 days of receipt. Once we receive your request for exchange/refund we will reply with instructions. Upon delivery of the return/exchange item we will ship back the correct item free of charge if in stock.
Any unauthorised returns/exchange will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Any returns/exchanges that have been altered from the original packaging will also be refused or returned to the customer at their expense. TRACK Hair & Beauty will hold the item for 7 days awaiting the customer's payment of shipping charges. If we do not receive payment to return the item back to the customer, it will be discarded. TRACK Hair & Beauty will not credit any items that cannot be restocked.
